  This location is often busy when I come in to do package drop offs. The line is not divided based on who needs fingerprinting and notary services and who needs package services. This is badly needed. Today, I commented on how understaffed it seemed and the man behind the counter got very frustrated and rude with me. I told him I understood, as a retail manager, and I'd like to write a letter to the ownership or management to let them know Saturday afternoons clearly need more staffing. It's a shame that cutting corners is affecting their service because the weekday behind the counter staff are very helpful and professional.

  DHL lists this as a drop-off location, but it isn't. This store needs to have themselves removed from DHL's drop-off map to avoid confusion.

  I have this location as my UPS Access Point being that my residence is an apartment complex with secured doors. I have to UPS app on all my mobile devices to receive notifications when a package has arrived to the location and has been signed for and has usually worked well until this week. Through the UPS mobile app my package had arrived on the morning of 12/20 and was signed for by personnel at the location. I arrive to pick up package but was told the package was not there. I leave the store to return to my vehicle as call the 800 number to try to verify the package was indeed delivered. After a quick friendly call with the 800 number representative it was confirmed the package was there. I went back inside the store to once again receive the shipment only to be told again that it wasn't there. Explaining that I received the notification that it was delivered and signed for and I just spoke with a UPS customer service agent I was told "We're not UPS we're just an independent agent , call tomorrow to check." So, I call the next day as I got a notification that shipment was again at the location at 10:10am signed for by the same individual and was told again "it's not here call back." On my THIRD attempt to retrieve my package from this location I call again late evening and was helped by a gentleman over the phone. It went from everything from "Was it supposed to come here?" "Am I sure I'm the name on to receive it" All this without the tracking ID until I offered it then 'Oh, yeah it was signed for!" While the guy is looking for it the woman who I spoke to earlier in the day abruptly comes on the phone and ask for my name and I give it to her and she immediately goes into "You called earlier, It's not here!!!!!" Then after this two day ordeal he finds it and she yells "Oh it's here!!!!!!!!!!!" Then as quickly as was told it wasn't there she says "There's a 3 dollar charge!!!!""" I don't even care at this point, just give me my darn delivery!!!!! I know this is kind of lengthy and most of my experiences have been good. The review won't post without a star but this ordeal rates 0 STARS!!!!!!!!!!!!
